The fourth floor houses private baths and a mini pool with a slide. The pool, which is outdoor, is only open during the summer season. The private baths, which can accommodate either two or four persons, are extremely popular, leading to high demand and competition for reservations, especially on weekends.

Seolhaeone is a luxury resort complex sitting behind Yangyang International Airport. The name Seolhaeone means a garden of rest embracing Seoraksan Mountain and the East Sea. Seolleung and Jeongneung Royal Tombs are located near COEX in Gangnam. It comprises two tombs: Seolleung Royal Tomb, which houses the remains of King Seongjong (1457-1495, r. 1470-1495) and his wife Queen Jeonghyeon (1462-1530) of the Joseon dynasty (1392-1897), and Jeongneung Royal Tomb, which houses King Jungjong (1488-1544, r. 1506-1544), Seongjong’s son. The Seolleung and Jeongneung Royal Tombs History Center details the historical significance of the tomb, while the complex also serves as a park within the city.

The first asymmetrical cantilever bridge in the nation, the skywalk stands at 36 meters off the ground and stretches 79 meters with a x_width of 4.5 meters. Nearly 43 meters of the length are on the suspended side of the cantilever, the longest in the nation. At the end of the walkway is a swing, designed with a them of "swinging in Bali."
