Chilgok Patriots & Peace Memorial (칠곡호국평화기념관)

Chilgok Patriots & Peace Memorial is a memorial museum dedicated to the soldiers who seized victory by holding up a fierce battle at Nakdonggang River's line of defense for 55 days in Chilgok during the Korean War. The museum consists of a spacious four-story high building with two basement floors and an outdoor exhibition with a variety of artifacts. The museum also has battle miniatures and experience facilities to help foster patriotism and appreciation for the soldiers who gave their lives to protect the country.
Chocolate Land (초콜릿랜드)

Jeju Chocolate Land, located in the Jungmun Tourist Complex, offers a variety of fun activities and experiences centered around chocolate. It features chocolate artworks in various forms from around the world, the world's first chocolate painting, an international chocolate exhibition showcasing chocolates from different countries, a photo zone for children, a chocolate-making experience area, and an observation deck. The chocolate-making experience is easy to enjoy as the ingredients and tools are provided, allowing visitors to savor both taste and fun. It is also a great opportunity to package the chocolates made and gift them to loved ones.
Chocolate Museum (초콜릿 박물관)

The Chocolate Museum in Seogwipo, Jeju is the second largest chocolate museum in the world (the largest being the Cologne Chocolate Museum in Germany). Built using volcanic scoria unique to Jeju, the museum looks like an ancient castle and seems to complement the surrounding natural environment. The front yard measures 5,000 meters squared and is surrounded by a low-lying fence made of rough stones, giving even passerbyers a great view of the museum's front garden . At the entrance to the museum, a whimsical statue of a cacao god greets visitors. The museum has three floors and houses a gallery, a theater, a café, a workshop, and a chocolate store. The most popular exhibits are the gallery with various exhibits on chocolate and the workshop showing the chocolate-making process. The chocolate produced at the museum is available for both sampling and purchase. In addition, the 'Collection Square' features a wide array of chocolate cases and other items that Mr. Han Ye-seok, the museum director, has collected from around the world. In the 'Chateâu Chocolat: Real Chocolate Place' chocolate shop at the Chocolate Museum, visitors can get a taste of hand-made chocolates. The Chateâu Chocolat is a retail chocolate chain with franchises in Gyeongbokgung, Apgujeong, Itaewon, and Changdeokgung in Seoul, and Yangyang and Somdari in Gangwon-do.
Chojun Textile & Quilt Art Museum (초전섬유ㆍ퀼트박물관)

Opened in 1998, Chojun Textile & Quilt Art Museum is the only textile art museum in Korea. Visiotrs can learn about the excellence and tradition of Korean textiles by observing a wide range of domestic and international textile artworks. In addition to exhibiting its collection, the museum also holds special exhibitions as well as textile and quilt competitions, giving visitors the opportunity to get up close and personal with textile artworks.
Chonnam National University Medical Museum (전남대학교 의학박물관 (전남대학교 의과대학 구 본관))

Chonnam National University Medical Museum opened in 2021 at the previous main building for the university's medical education department, used from 1952 to 1957. It is the oldest building within the university campus, while featuring modern design elements over the exterior.

Chosun University Museum of Art (조선대학교 미술관)

The Chosun University Museum of Art was established to serve as a window to convey the flow of local and international art. It plays an important role in discovering, collecting, and preserving regional artwork, while providing artist with a stage to display their work. The museum has significantly contributed to the regional culture. Through special annual exhibitions, it discovers young artists, educates students and promotes local art. To provide an exhibition experience to students, the museum also holds exhibitions featuring work created by students.
Chuncheon Art Gallery (춘천미술관)

Chuncheon Art Gallery started from a simple exhibition at the Children’s Center in Samcheon-dong in 1995. Thanks to this exhibition and the continued efforts of the Chuncheon Fine Arts Association to make Chuncheon a city of culture and arts, the gallery was able to move and open as a permanent exhibition space. The gallery offers local artists a venue to actively present their works, serving as a stimulant for expanding the popularity of culture and arts and enriching the lives of citizens. The Chuncheon Art Gallery is a relaxing and easily accessible cultural space to enjoy art in the Chucheon area.

Chuncheon Makguksu Museum (춘천막국수체험박물관)

Chuncheon Makguksu Museum was built with the theme of buckwheat noodles (makguksu), Chuncheon’s local dish. The museum's unique exterior design was inspired by the image of making buckwheat noodles. The first floor has an exhibition hall where visitors can learn about the origin and development of buckwheat and makguksu, and the second floor has an experience center where visitors can make and try their own makguksu.
Chuncheon National Museum (국립춘천박물관)

Opened in 2002, Chuncheon National Museum was established to identify and promote the original form and characteristics of the regional culture of Gangwon State. It consists of the Permanent Exhibition Hall, Brand Hall, Special Exhibition Hall, and Outdoor Exhibition space. The museum displays the artifacts based on Gangwon State’s history and culture, ranging from prehistoric times to modern times, and holds a special exhibition with diverse themes. The main building of the museum, built in harmony with nature, was selected as the “Best Architecture of the Year” by the Korean Institute of Architects in 2003. In particular, the main building is known for the center hall equipped with a circular glass ceiling. The Museum Cafe is situated at this center hall where visitors take a rest while enjoying the sunlight through the ceiling. The Immersive Digital Cafe has been in service on the 2nd floor of the center hall since the end of 2020. It shows a beautiful and vivid video of the Eight Sights of Gwandong, Five Hundred Arhats at Changnyeongsa Temple Site, and other sites on its 28 m-wide screen.
Chungcheongnam-do Museum of History (충청남도역사박물관)

The Chungcheongnam-do History Museum displays historical artifacts, everyday items, folk traditions, crafts, documents, paintings, and sculptures from the Middle Ages to the modern era found in Chungcheongnam-do. Its facilities include exhibition halls, a lounge, an experience room, a performance hall, and an outdoor garden. Visitors can enjoy traditional Korean games like yunnori (traditional Korean board game) and tuho (arrow-throwing). In spring, the museum hosts a cherry blossom festival in the outdoor garden during the blooming season.
Chunghyeon Museum (충현박물관)

The Chunghyeon Museum preserves the legacy of the respected scholar Ori Lee Wonik. The museum's logo is inspired by the scholar's signature on a letter that he wrote four years before his death, addressed to his son Lee Uijeon, grandson Lee Suyak, and successive descendants. Visitors can see various artifacts and ruins related to Lee Wonik.
Chungju Museum (충주박물관)

Chungju Museum was established with the purpose of preserving academic research and artifacts of the Korea's central inland cultural region and realizing a museum that engages with citizens through various events such as special exhibitions. It is composed of the first exhibition hall, the second exhibition hall, and outdoor exhibition spaces. The first exhibition hall displays Buddhist relics, such as those related to Mireukdaewon Stone Temple Site and the second exhibition hall focuses on materials excavated from the Chungju area, showcasing the historical characteristics from the prehistoric era to the Unified Silla period. In particular, the exhibition of the Chungju Goguryeobi Monument and the Danyang Jeokseongbi Monument demonstrates that the Chungju area was a strategic location during the Three Kingdoms period.
Chungmu Arts Center (충무아트센터)

Chungmu Arts Center is a complex cultural facility with an optimal conditions for watching performances. It has a large theater, a medium theater (black), and a small theater (blue). It also boasts great galleries, studios, and a swimming pool, attracting numerous visitors. In addition, one can enjoy performances of various genres, including classical music, plays, musicals, and concerts. Located close to Dongdaemun, it has good accessibility.
Chunhyang Culture & Art Center (춘향문화예술회관)
