Chusa Memorial Hall (추사기념관)

Chusa Memorial Hall opened in 2008, holds works of Chusa Gim Jeong-hui including his arts, epigraphy, calligraphy and more. The memorial hall preserves and exhibits Chusa Gin Jeong-hui's works to show future generations about his achievements.
Citrus Museum (감귤박물관)

Citrus Museum is a themed museum dedicated to tangerines, a specialty of Jeju Island. It showcases the history of tangerines, their varieties, cultivation methods, and tangerine cultivation worldwide. Visitors can also purchase tangerine-related products at the Citrus Experience Center and Museum Shop. From November to February of the following year, visitors can experience tangerine harvesting. The café on the second floor offers various beverages made from tangerines.
Clayarch Gimhae Museum (클레이아크 김해미술관)

The name “Clayarch” is a compound word of clay and arch, short for“architecture.” It embodies the basic spirit of the museum, which is to pursue development in the field of architectural ceramics through working with science, art, education, and industry. Clayarch Gimhae Museum aims to play a leading role in the development of architectural ceramics, which are now spreading across the globe. It intends to do so by rediscovering the relationship between ceramics and architecture – a matter that has been relatively ignored – as a new direction for ceramic art. This reflects the pluralism of this time, which seeks to pursue something creative and new and to overcome the limitations of specific fields through working with different genres. The museum seeks to actively lead this artistic attempt, and make aesthetic and scientific achievements in this field with theoretical backing gained through academic activities, lectures, and research.
COEX Aquarium (코엑스 아쿠아리움)

The COEX Aquarium comprises 183 display tanks and 90 breeding tanks with 3,500 tons of water volume, making it a large-scale aquarium. It houses 40,000 sea creatures of 650 different species, exhibited in 16 themed zones. In particular, the highest number of sharks and the largest variety of species in Korea are living in this aquarium. Over 20 rest areas located throughout the aquarium, as well as an open-top water tank releasing anions make this tourist site in the heart of Gangnam a perfect healing place for local and international visitors.
COEX Artium (코엑스아티움)
513, Yeongdong-daero, Gangnam-gu, Seoul
Established by Korea International Trade Association and COEX, COEX Artium is a spacious muscial performance hall with over 800 seats. High quality and diverse musical or theatrical performances are held year-round to satisfy both Korean and international visitors. Foreign language services (English, Japanese, and Chinese) are also available. It has the Trade Promotion Exhibition Hall. Near COEX Artium are many performance halls such as COEX Art Hall (184 seats), Auditorium (1058 seats), Convention Hall (7,000 seats), ang Grand Conference Room (450 seats), making the COEX area a main place for cultural and musical performances in Seoul. Convention and Exhibition Center (COEX) (한국종합무역센터(코엑스))

The Convention and Exhibition Center (COEX) was established on September 7, 1988 as a large-scale business town for domestic and overseas businessmen. Business operations can be managed easily as assembly halls, exhibition halls, the Korean City Air Terminal, InterContinental Hotel, and Hyundai Department Store are gathered in one spot. A 57-story building contains 20 trade organizations including the Korea International Trade Association (KITA), as well as 250 companies and financial institutions. Convention and Exhibition, which houses three specialized exhibition halls and permanent exhibition halls, is composed of a four-story main building and three-story extension. An underground passageway connects COEX Mall, completed in 2000, and Bongeunsa Temple to the north with Samseong Station (Seoul Subway Line 2). Additional facilities for culture, pleasure, and shopping make COEX a must-visit attraction.
Culture Factory (문화제조창)

Culture Factory was a tobacco manufacturing factory in Cheongju from 1946 to 2004. A culture-centered urban regeneration project in 2021 turned it into a cultural complex equipped with commercial facilities, cultural experience facilities and crafts cluster. Because it was remodeled from an existing structure, columns, walls, overall frame and chimney, the original tobacco manufacturing facility frame can still be seen. As a notable venue in Cheongju, a city of handicraft, the Culture Factory hosts numerous exhibitions related to crafts. The first floor features restaurants and shopping mall, and the third and fourth floors make up the Korean Craft Museum where you can check out free handicraft exhibitions. Cheongju Open Library and a Kids Cafe located on the fifth floor are popular attractions for families. The performing hall frequently stages a variety of plays and concerts to provide Cheongju citizens with more opportunities to enjoy and appreciate culture.
Currency Museum of Korea (화폐박물관)

The Currency Museum of Korea, established in 1988, is operated by the Mint Corporation of Korea as part of its non-profit public services and is open to visitors free of charge with a view of increasing public knowledge of the nation’s currency. The museum features about 120,000 pieces including: coins currently in use both in Korea and overseas; coins from modern times (from the Late Joseon Dynasty until today); 80 types of commemorative coins; 88 types of ‘special money’; postage stamps, and other materials. Additionally, there is an experiential space where visitors can learn about the currency production process and its historical significance, providing significant educational benefits.
D-cube Arts Center (디큐브아트센터)

D-cube Arts Center is a state-of-the-art theater dedicated to musicals in D-cube City in Sindorim built by Daesung Energy. It took eight years to complete the 1,242-seated theater with the cooperation of Korea's best music and construction engineers and expert stage technicians. It is the largest theater in southwestern Seoul and can accommodate all kinds of musical performances. Diverse musicals were held at this center, including Mamma Mia!, Man of La Mancha, Chicago, and Rent. The center also has necessary amenities like a rehearsal room and dressing room. Not only is D-cube Arts Center easy to reach by public transportation, but it is also easy to find thanks to the passageway that connects the center from and to Sindorim Station (Seoul Subway Lines 1 & 2). D-cube Arts Center aims to act as the centerpiece of cultural arts and contribute to artistic interaction in the Sindorim area in Seoul's southwest.
Da Vinci Museum (다빈치 뮤지엄)

Da Vinci Museum, located in Seogwipo-si on Jeju Island is the only museum that has the Da Vinci License in Korea. The museum offers visitors a chance to experience a wide variety of activities and hands-on programs. When you think of Leonardo Da Vinci, a few things that come to mind are the Mona Lisa and The Last Supper. However, one of the greatest masterpieces in his life is the Codex, a collection of his writings. Over 7,000 pages of the Codex, A.K.A. a notebook of secrets, survives today, and the museum displays over 200 works created and inspired based on the writings in the Codex. The museum houses information about the life and times of Leonardo Davinci, a superb scientist, anatomist, and inventor.
Daebul Hotel Exhibition Hall (대불호텔전시관)

This museum is located on the site of Daebul Hotel, Korea's first Western-style hotel, established in 1889. The hotel was demolished in 1978, but parts of the hotel structure were discovered in 2011 and rebuilt to preserve the hotel's original appearance. The first floor is the Daebul Hotel Exhibition Hall, through which visitors can see traces of Daebul Hotel at the time. The second floor is the Jung-gu Life History Museum, where visitors can get a glimpse of life in Incheon's Jung-gu area in the 1960s and 1970s.
Daegaya Museum (대가야 박물관)

Daegaya Museum exhibits the history, culture, and customs of the Daegaya Kingdom. The museum consists of the Daegaya Royal Tomb Pavilion, the Daegaya History Pavilion, and Ureuk Museum. The Royal Tomb Pavilion is a 37 meter-wide dome that houses relics of the Jisan-dong Ancient Tombs, a Historic Site. It is essentially the restoration of the Jisandong Tumulus, the first large-scale sunjang (burial of the living with the dead). The History Pavilion houses a collection of relics from the Daegaya Kingdom, while holding special exhibitions and educational activities periodically. The outdoor exhibition center displays items that showcase the ancient lifestyle. Ureuk Museum is a dedicated to Ureuk, a Daegaya musician who invented the gayageum , a traditional Korean twelve-stringed instrument.
Daegu Art Factory (대구예술발전소)

Daegu Art Factory is housed in an old tobacco plant, renovated into a space for art and culture. It hosts various exhibitions dedicated to Korean and international artists. Some of these include exhibitions dedicated to Daegu’s modernity, works of young artists, experimental projects, AI-based exhibitions, seminars, and art lectures. Through these exhibitions, Daegu Art Factory is cementing its status as an important platform for art exchange in Daegu. There’s also a space for families (children’s book reading room) for greater accessibility.
Daegu Art Museum (대구미술관)

Daegu Art Museum is a municipal museum supported by the Daegu Municipal Government. The museum holds exhibitions to promote Daegu's art advancement through the study of the art's historical value. The museum also has planned exhibitions introducing the social and artistic issues of the times and the leading trends in the art scene through domestic and overseas exchanges. Diverse performances and events such as academic programs and lectures with famous professors are offered to children, teens and citizens of all ages. The Art Information Center on the third floor within the museum library is where visitors can read art-related books or rest at the lounge. Grand opening: May 26, 2011
Daegu Concert House (Formerly Daegu Citizens' Hall) (대구콘서트하우스 (구.대구시민회관))

Daegu Concert House, previously Daegu Citizen’s Hall, had undergone renovations from April 2011 to August 2013 to reconstruct eaves and columns of the large concert halls and to build a performance support hall perfect for international concerts. The hall is equipped with sound facilities matching international standards. Grand Hall has 1,284 seats, Chamber Hall (small concert hall) has 248 seats, and the parking lot can accommodate a total of 387 cars throughout 215 spaces in the basement level parking lot and 72 spaces in the parking tower. In addition, the concert hall houses an exhibition hall, practice room, and community facilities. In particular, the Grand Hall offers vivid, visible, and acoustic effect by shortening the distance between the performers and audience so that it fits the international standard for concert halls with the best sound facilities.
Daegu Modern History Museum (대구근대역사관)
67 Gyeongsanggamyeong-gil, Jung-gu, Daegu
Located in Pojeong-dong, Jung-gu, Daegu, the Daegu Modern History Museum was officially opened on January 24, 2011. The museum is housed in a building that is rich in history. First built by Japan in 1932 as a bank, the building was once a symbol of repression and exploitation during the Japanese colonial rule. Today, the building stands proudly as an educational site and bears the title of ‘Cultural Property No. 49’ in recognition of its historical and cultural significance. The two-story museum (1,971 square meters) houses a permanent exhibition (1F), featured exhibition (2F), and a hands-on exhibition room and classroom for diverse cultural activities and lectures. The history exhibition features the lifestyle of Daegu citizens, local customs, and education of the late 19th century and the early 20th century.
