GaEunChae2 (가은채2)

Gaeunchae 2 is the sister hanok of Gaeunchae in Jeonju Hanok Village, Jeollabuk-do. It’s a traditional red clay-walled hanok with ondol underfloor heating, exposed roof beams and hanji wallpaper and flooring - creating a beautiful and distinctive hanok interior. It has a small hallway which is good for storing luggage or just to sit and chat. In the garden are sculpted stone lanterns and tigers. Local attractions such as Jeondong Cathedral and Gyeonggijeon Shrine are a short walk away.
Gajae Wa Gom Pension (가재와곰펜션)

Gajae-Wa-Gom is a log-built pension in the upper Heungjeong Valley in Pyeongchang-gun, Gangwon-do. The guestrooms are cozy cabins, either red-clayed single-storey, or two-sotrey cabins. Gajae-dong and Wa-dong have an ondol 1st floor with a bedroom upstairs, while Gom-dong has a 1st floor bed room with an attic above. The red-clayed cabin, Hwangto, has a furnace-fired ondol. All rooms have terraces where guests can enjoy barbecue meals.There are karaoke rooms and foot volleyball courts outside, and free coffee and tea are provided in the lounge.
Gangenung Ojuk Hsnok Village (강릉오죽한옥마을)

Gangneung Ojuk Hanok Village in Gangneung, Gangwon-do was created to promote hanok architecture and to spread the ideas of Joseon scholar Yulgok Yi I; close by is Ojukheon House, the home of Yi I and his equally famous mother Shin Saimdang. Many types of accomodation are offered including guestrooms, standalone houses, duplex rooms, and one room equipped with a bed and facilities for disabled visitors. There is even a small lecture hall for the use of overnight guests. Gyeongpo Lake and Gangneung Olympic Park (where PyeongChang Winter Olympics were held) are also nearby.
Ganghyunjae (강현재)

Ganghyunjae is a hanok accommodation located in Boseong, Jeollanam-do where you can relax in the peaceful atmosphere of a rural village. It is a restored hanok that was completely destroyed by fire during the Korean War. The toenmaru (narrow wooden porch) window wall creates a cozy atmosphere inside. Along the toenmaru, there are four guest rooms, and the Sarangbang (study room) is equipped with teaware for guests to enjoy tea. For the guests' convenience, there is a large dining table and a kitchen where they can prepare meals. There is an outdoor barbecue facility on one side of the yard. The house next to Ganghyunjae is the birthplace of Seo Jae-pil, and nearby tourist attractions include Hwasun Juam Lake and Daewonsa Temple.
Gangjin Moonlight Hanok Village (강진달빛한옥마을)

This village with 29 hanok (traditional Korean house) is surrounded by Wolchulsan Mountain like a folding screen. About 10 of those unique houses offer a friendly hanok lodging experience for tourists by renting out one or two guestrooms. It is fun to see the yards of each house decorated differently from its front yard. The observatory at the village offers a panoramic view of towering Wolchulsan Mountain, expansive tea fields, rice paddies, and the cozy Gangjin Moonlight Hanok Village at a glance.
Garam Choyeonjae (가람초연재)

Garam Choyeonjae stands within Hahoe Traditional Village in a loop of the beautiful Nakdonggang River in Andong, Gyeongsangbuk-do. Among Hahoe’s tile-roofed old houses, this one’s thatched roof stands out. ‘Garam’ was the pen name of the owner’s grandfather - a descendant of the Joseon scholar Seoae Ryu Seong-ryong - while ‘Choyeonjae’ means a thatched house where swallows live. The swallows’ nest is still there under the eaves, and sunset views from the wooden terrace of the sarangchae (men’s house) are a dreamy experience. Visitors can also learn about traditional technologies such as treadmills and millstones.
Gaya Hotel (가야호텔)

Gaya Hotel is located 560 meters above sea level on Gayasan Mountain in a pristine natural environment. The hotel also offers a sauna that uses natural mineral water. Near the hotel is the only Korean wild flower botanical garden.
Gayeongdang, Cheongju (가영당)

Gayeongdang is a hanok stay in Ochang Hanok Village ( part of Ochang Miraeji Agricultural Theme Park) in Cheongju-si, Chungcheongbuk-do. The hanok was built by flower-tea master Kim Byeong-hee, using only Korean pinewood - and the rich pine scent still fills the rooms. The rooms are all ondol style. Guests staying in the main building have access to a living room and tea room, while guests in the annexe can enjoy barbecues in the yard. Visitors can talke part in a tea ceremony and enjoy flower tea and sweets while conversing with the master. The hanok can also be rented as a space for seminars, small concerts, and weddings.
Geomokjang Minbak Lodging (거목장민박)

Geomokjang Minbak (‘B&B’) stands at the foot of Mount Doryunsan, Hanam-gun, Jeollanam-do, and is part of Museon Hanok Minbak Village. The hanok’s pillars and rafters are built of old pinewood, and the wooden floors, windows and doors are lined with Korean paper. All 7 rooms have modern bathrooms. In the large tree-shaded yard you can experience bonsai making for a small fee, while beyond the low stone wall are fields and trees. Geomokjang is a good base for exploring Haenam and is on the way to Daeheungsa, a temple with a thousand years of history.
Gloucester Hotel Incheon (글로스터호텔 인천)

Gloucester Hotel Incheon stands in downtown Incheon overlooking Sorae Port. It offers a range of rooms including ondol rooms, bedroom-style rooms with kitchen facilities, and kids rooms. GnB Hotel is a large-scale hotel located 10 minutes' walk from Jagalchi Station on the Busan Subway. It offers a wide range of room types, including Standard, Deluxe, Suite, and Penthouse. Specifically, the Penthouse and Penthouse+ rooms, which are the pride of the hotel, feature whirlpool spas where you can relax after a long journey while taking in the scenery of downtown Busan. Gochang-eup Sunghanok Village (고창읍성한옥마을)

Gochangeupseong Hanok Village is a group of houses once attached to the government office inside the ancient Gochangeupseong Fortress, Gochang-gun, Jeollabuk-do. It consists of seven tile-roofed houses containing 11 comfortable guest rooms with wooden floors, equipped with toilet and AC. There is a yard, and visitors can walk a trail to Gochangeupseong Fortress and ponder the impressive 500 year-old walls. There is a pottery and an embroidery experience center, and Yangpyeong Military Art Museum, Gochang Pansori Museum, and Seonun Golf Course are all nearby. Visitors can use the village’s large parking lot.
Gojonggwan of the Royal Room (왕의지밀 고종관)

Wangui Jimil Gojonggwan (‘Royal Room of Emperor Gojong’) in Jeonju, Jeollabuk-do, is a hanok hotel that combines hanok style with modern convenience - one of a group of hotels named after Joseon kings. The hotel has six rooms graded 2, 3 and 5 with Silver rooms and Gold rooms. All rooms have a bathroom and toilet, and the sunlight pouring through the large windows adds coziness to the interior. Additional facilities incude a hanok cafe, a restaurant, and a convention center. Guests can reach anywhere in Jeonju Hanok Village in about 10 minutes by car.
Golden Grass (옛날에금잔디)

Geumjandi on Ganghwado Island, Gyeonggi-do, is an 80-year-old traditional hanok with red clay walls, timber rafters and beams and a wooden porch. The yard includes a garden with flowers and pine trees, there is a fireplace and cauldron, and a well which adds to the charm. Both the anchae and the sarangchae have guestrooms, and the hanok is an ideal place for outdoor weddings or first birthday parties: a marquee, sound equipment and barbecue facilities are available to hire. Pets are welcome.
Golden Tulip Jinju Hotel Namgang (골든튤립 호텔 남강)

Overlooking the old town of Jinju, Gyeongsangnam-do Golden Tulip Hotel Namgang is the largest hotel in Jinju with 128 rooms, clean facilities, and reasonable accommodation rates. Each room has a balcony, giving it a sense of openness. The Namgang View room offers a stunning view of the city at night. From the room, you can see the Jinju Yudeung Festival.
