Jumunjin Port (주문진항)

Jumunjin Port, one of the main fishing ports on the east coast, is home to over 350 fishing boats. The East Sea, where the warm and cold waters meet, is excellent for catching many different types of fish including lance fish, pollack, herring, and anchovy, as well as squid. Fish caught in the area is often served fresh or cooked at nearby seafood restaurants.

Jungmisan Recreational Forest (중미산자연휴양림)

Jungmisan Recreational Forest unfolds at the end of a lovely drive along the famous Nongdachigogae Road, the highest ridge road in the vicinity of Seoul. The forest boasts a striking landscape of thick groves of trees and a view overlooking the Namhangang River. During some mornings, the forest’s log cabins are veiled by a thick fog, further adding to the beautiful natural ambience. Rising 834 meters above sea level, Jungmisan Mountain is a popular sunrise destination frequented by throngs of hikers every year. Thick forests of pine trees create a rooftop of branches from spring to fall. Being surrounded by the tall mountains of Baegunsan, Yumyeongsan, and Yongmunsan, Jungmisan Mountain feels like it is in the inner mountainous region of Gangwon-do, although it is close to Seoul. The forest has log cabins that can accommodate groups of 4 to 10 people as well as campsites that complement the surrounding natural environment. Visitors can enjoy a comfortable walk through the trees on a trail that winds through the heart of the forest.
Jungmun Saekdalhaebyeon Beach (중문·색달해변)

Jungmun Saekdalhaebyeon Beach is a white sandy beach with a bow-like shape. The uniquely colored beach blends beautifully with the volcanic rocks. It is known as an attraction for surfers due to its frequent winds and large, high waves, and it hosts international surfing competitions.

Jungmun Tourist Complex (중문관광단지)

Jungmun Tourist Complex is a comprehensive resort area spanning across Jungmun-dong, Saekdal-dong, and Daepo-dong in Seogwipo-si. It features luxury accommodations such as The Suites Hotel and Lotte Hotel Jeju, along with various tourist, convention, shopping, and cultural facilities. Additionally, there are leisure facilities like the Yeomiji Botanic Garden, PLAY K-POP, and Pacific Land. Jungmyeongjeon Hall (중명전)
41-11, Jeongdong-gil, Jung-gu, Seoul
Located near Deoksugung Palace, Jungmyeongjeon Hall is a red-brick modern Western-style building. It was built in 1899 as the imperial library of the Korean Empire. After Deoksugung Palace caught on fire in 1904, the place became the temporary residence of Emperor Gojong. It also witnessed the tragic part of history in which the infamous Eulsa Treaty (Japan-Korea Protectorate Treaty), an illegal treaty forced by Japan, was signed in 1905. Its exhibition hall serves as a place for historical education.
Jungni Beach (중리해수욕장)
Jungtong-ri, Wando-gun, Jeollanam-do
Jungni Beach is the best beach for swimming in the sea on Bogildo Island. The white sandy beach is long and the depth of the water is shallow enough for people to enjoy, even at 200 meters into the water. The beach is also lined with pine trees that provide shade from the hot sun. The road to the beach is also paved, making it easy to reach. Within a little distance from Jungni Beach there is a small and beautiful beach called Tongni Beach. The silver sand is lined with pine trees and the water is shallow. During summer, visitors can access the shower booths, water fountains, and convenience store at Jungni Beach and Tongni Beach. Accommodations and restaurants can be found in the nearby village. Approximately 1.5 kilometers away, there is an evergreen forest (Natural Monument No. 40) and a river with large black rocks stretching 1 kilometer.
Jungoe Park (중외공원)

Jungoe Park is one of the nation's most famous leisure spaces. There is a children's grand park, the Olympic Garden, and the Olympic Monument. The children's grand park is especially popular on weekends and holidays. There is also a folk museum, an education center, and the Biennale Exhibition Hall in the Biennale & Museum section of the park. The park is most popular during fall for its beautiful foliage. In addition, the Rainbow Bridge is a symbol of the Biennale and was installed during the 1st Gwangju Biennale.

Jusanji Pond [National Geopark] (주산지 (청송 국가지질공원))

Jusanji Pond is a small reservoir located in Juwangsan National Park. It is a man-made pond that was dug out in August, 1720 and completed in October the year after. The pond has been used as a source of water for agricultural use as well as for drinking water. Even though it is small in size, about 200 meters long and 8 meters deep, the pond has never dried up from any drought. 150-year-old willow trees are rooted in the pond, which makes a fantastic balance with the surroundings, creating a picturesque scenery found nowhere else.
Juwangsan National Park (주왕산국립공원)

Juwangsan Mountain (alt. 720.6 m) is located in the Baekdudaegan Mountain Range, the backbone of the Korean peninsula. The mountain features deep valleys and many sheer rock cliffs to make it the third-largest rocky mountain in the country. Juwangsan Mountain was recognized as a tourist attraction on May 30, 1972, and became the 12th national park a few years later on March 30, 1976. The park is relatively small, filling in an area of just 105.582 ㎢ but it is great for a leisure walk with walking trails along the valleys up to waterfalls. Juwangsan Mountain was called Seokbyeongsan Mountain during the Silla dynasty due to the many stone peaks jutting out but has been called Juwangsan Mountain since the Unified Silla period. In addition to these tall rocky peaks, Juwangsan National Park also includes four waterfalls, caves, Daejeonsa Temple, and other attractions for a comprehensive tourist site.

Jwasuyeong Bridge (좌수영다리)

Jwasuyeong Bridge connects Jinnamgwan Hall, the central base of the Joseon Navy, and the Monument for the Naval Victories of Yi Sun-sin. Jwasuyeong was one of the military bases of the Joseon Navy. The walls of the bridge are adorned with depictions of Admiral Yi's achievements and stories, allowing visitors to appreciate them as they cross. Continued to walk after the bridge will lead to Angel Mural Alley, making it an excellent spot for further sightseeing.
