Ononsa Guesthouse (온온사)

Though Ononsa, which was a guesthouse in Gwacheon, was constructed in the 27th year of King Injo's reign in the Joseon dynasty (1649), the name, "Ononsa," was given to this area during the reign of King Jeongjo. On February 11, 1790 during his royal procession to the tomb of his father, Crown Prince Sado, stayed at an inn in Gwacheon and, as he felt that it "has nice views and provides a comfortable stay," he bestowed upon the place plaques that he wrote himself - "Ononsa" to Seoheon and "Burimheon," which was the old nickname of Gwacheon, to Dongheon. This is how this place began to be called Ononsa. It was designated as a Tangible Cultural Heritage of Gyeonggi-do on June 2, 1980, and it was restored on December 2, 1986 after being torn down.

Run by a young expert in plant protection, the farm uses hydroponics and data-driven methods to grow exceptionally sweet strawberries. One of the most interesting features of this smart farm is the "hanging up-down" bed system, which creates the unique illusion of strawberries descending from the ceiling. The farm is particularly popular for its well-organized programs, which are led by an owner with a background in professional service training. Children can enjoy a "little farmer" experience, harvesting fruit while riding on small electric tillers. Onyang Hot Springs (온양온천지구)

Onyang Hot Springs is the oldest hot springs complex in Korea, a place where the kings of Joseon (1392-1897) recuperated and bathed, thanks to its proximity to Seoul. In the 1970s and 1980s, it was a popular honeymoon destination. The water here has a temperature of about 44-60℃ and contains substances that are beneficial for the human body. The area boasts a large number of hotels and water parks.

Open Space Nu-e (복합문화지구 누에)

Nu-e, a complex cultural district located in Wanju-gun, Jeollabuk-do, opened with the goal of "a living space where everyone communicates through art." As part of the cultural regeneration project, it was built in the Jeollabuk-do Jameop (silkworm business) testing center complex and is carrying out projects such as cultural and artistic education, exhibition planning, and the creation of creative spaces. Facilities include Nu-e Art Hall, where various art exhibitions and performances are held, guesthouse 'Sum' for local residents, a camping ground and lounge, a pottery room, a kiln room, etc. There is a children's space called "Dreaming Nu-e Playground" where adults are not permitted, making it a good place for family trips. It is also recommended to visit the Jeonbuk Provincial Museum of Art and Samnye Culture and Art Village, representative tourist facilities in Wanju-gun.
