Cultural Space Yangsajae (문화공간 양사재)

Yangsajae is located in Jeonju Hanok Village in Jeonbuk State. It is an annex building of Jeonjuhyanggyo Local Confucian School, a Confucian school for scholars during the Joseon dynasty, and characterized by a scenic front yard that appears as soon as one pass through the main gate.

Culture Factory (문화제조창)

Culture Factory was a tobacco manufacturing factory in Cheongju from 1946 to 2004. A culture-centered urban regeneration project in 2021 turned it into a cultural complex equipped with commercial facilities, cultural experience facilities and crafts cluster. Because it was remodeled from an existing structure, columns, walls, overall frame and chimney, the original tobacco manufacturing facility frame can still be seen. As a notable venue in Cheongju, a city of handicraft, the Culture Factory hosts numerous exhibitions related to crafts. The first floor features restaurants and shopping mall, and the third and fourth floors make up the Korean Craft Museum where you can check out free handicraft exhibitions. Cheongju Open Library and a Kids Cafe located on the fifth floor are popular attractions for families. The performing hall frequently stages a variety of plays and concerts to provide Cheongju citizens with more opportunities to enjoy and appreciate culture.

Culture Station Seoul 284 (문화역 서울 284)

Culture Station Seoul 284 opened in 2011 by restoring the old Seoul Station. The complex holds various programs including exhibitions, performances, cultural events and workshops. It holds over 100 years of history with Namdaemun Station being the original name of the station in 1900 and changing to Gyeongseong Station, Seoul Station, and now Culture Station Seoul 284. The look of 1925 Gyeongseong Station offers visitors a flashback to the past, providing a fun and special experience.◎ Travel information to meet Hallyu’s charmThis is where Mok-ha (played by Park Eun-bin) waited for Ki-ho (played by Chae Jong-hyeop) with flowers in the TV series "Castaway Diva." As the restored historic Seoul Station, it also appeared in "Reply 1994" as the location where Samcheonpo (played by Kim Sung Kyun) first arrived in Seoul.

Currency Museum of Korea (화폐박물관)

The Currency Museum of Korea, established in 1988, is operated by the Mint Corporation of Korea as part of its non-profit public services and is open to visitors free of charge with a view of increasing public knowledge of the nation’s currency. The museum features about 120,000 pieces including: coins currently in use both in Korea and overseas; coins from modern times (from the Late Joseon Dynasty until today); 80 types of commemorative coins; 88 types of ‘special money’; postage stamps, and other materials. Additionally, there is an experiential space where visitors can learn about the currency production process and its historical significance, providing significant educational benefits.

D-cube Arts Center (디큐브아트센터)

D-cube Arts Center is a state-of-the-art theater dedicated to musicals in D-cube City in Sindorim built by Daesung Energy. It took eight years to complete the 1,242-seated theater with the cooperation of Korea's best music and construction engineers and expert stage technicians. Da hyang so ckuk (다향소축)

Dahyang Sochuk, near the Dasan Chodang historic site in Gangjin, Jeollanam-do, is a traditional hanok homestay that feels like a local museum. All rooms are red clay-walled, and have naturally dyed bed linen. Large and small flowers bloom around the house, and in the yard are many strangely-shaped bonsai in pots, creating a refined and relaxing atmosphere. Wild green tea grows locally, so tea ceremonies are often arranged.

Da Vinci Museum (다빈치 뮤지엄)

Da Vinci Museum, located in Seogwipo-si on Jeju Island is the only museum that has the Da Vinci License in Korea. The museum offers visitors a chance to experience a wide variety of activities and hands-on programs. When you think of Leonardo Da Vinci, a few things that come to mind are the Mona Lisa and The Last Supper. However, one of the greatest masterpieces in his life is the Codex, a collection of his writings. Over 7,000 pages of the Codex, A.K.A. a notebook of secrets, survives today, and the museum displays over 200 works created and inspired based on the writings in the Codex. The museum houses information about the life and times of Leonardo Davinci, a superb scientist, anatomist, and inventor.
