Garisan Leports Park is Korea's largest leisure sports theme park located in the Garisan Recreational Forest in Hongcheon. Gariwangsan Mountain is one of the major mountains in the Taebaek Mountain Range. It is a home to numerous alpine tree species, as well as wildflowers and herbs. The recreational forest has various amenities, but the walking path next to the valley is by far the most outstanding. The thick forest blocks out the sky while purifying the air.

Gasado Island is a island with sixteen subsidiary islands centered around the main island. It is renowned for its beautiful sunset viewed from hanok in Dolmok Village and Dolmok Beach. It was an area where silica mines were operated in Japanese colonial period, and remnants of mines and caves can still be found across the island. As the third-largest island in Jindo, its residents are mainly engaged in brown seaweed cultivation.

Gaudo Island is the only populated island of the eight islands in Gangjinman Bay. The name comes from its appearance in relation to Boeunsan Mountain in Ganjin-eup, which looks like a cow’s head. The whole island resembles a cow’s meonge (curved stick around cow’s neck used to drag farming tool) so the island became to be called Gaudo Island (Ga: Meonge in Chinese characters). From Gaudo Island, Gangjinman Bay and the uninhabited islands can be seen in all directions. The coastal scenery is stunning and varied natural tourism resources grow here such as the silver magnolia, cypress colony, and Japanese black pines. Visitors can walk to the island from the mainland via a suspension bridge. When arriving to the island, a 2.5-kilometer long ecological exploring road along the mountain and coast is available. Also, fishing park which has various kinds of fishes is located in the spot where visitors can overlook at beautiful scenery of Gangjinman Bay. At the top of the island, visitors can enjoy a zip track which is an eco-friendly leisure facility, starting from the 25-meter Cheongja Tower.

Gaudo Island, the only inhabited island among Gangjin's eight islands, is connected to the mainland by a suspension bridge. The suspension bridges installed on both sides of the island have emerged as Gangjin's famous destination, attracting hundreds of thousands of visitors every year. While crossing the dizzying suspension bridge, one can see the wonderful seascape that changes in brightness depending on the waves. The footbridges, Jeodu Suspension Bridge (438 m) or Dasan Bridge (716 m), can be used to entrance Gaudo Island, and there is also a clean trail along the coastline. It takes about one to one and a half hours to walk across both bridges, making it a great place to enjoy a walk.

Gaya Garden is adjacent to the Suncheon Bay National Garden, which was the first Ramsar Wetland Site in South Korea. Unlike the national garden, Gaya Garden is privately maintained but open to the public free of charge. Since 2014, the landowners have been filling the salt fields with soil and planting over 10,000 species of flowers by hand, transforming it into a beautiful garden. Visitors can enjoy a variety of plants and stunning sunsets, attracting many travelers.

Opened in 2014, Gayageum Theme Park is the only gayageum-themed park in Korea. Various relics and materials related to the gayageum , a representative Korean traditional stringed instrument consisting of 12 strings, are displayed through which visitors have the opportunity to learn about this unique instrument. In addition to the 12-string gayageum, the improved ones, with 18 strings, 21 strings, and 25 strings, are also on display and the only ox-horn gayageum in Korea made of ox horns and pure gold is particularly worth observing. A bust of Kim Chang-jo born in Yeongam, who created the framework of Gayageum Sanjo (a free-style gayageum solo music), is also on display. In the listening room, visitors can appreciate beautiful music played by gayageum masters.

Facilities include a dormitory, an education center, a restaurant, a nature walk trail, and an outdoor concert hall. The center's ecotourism programs feature trail trekking and the Yuyujajeok Healing Day, offering activities like soap-making and insect model crafting. Noteworthy nearby sites include Gayasan Wildflower Botanical Garden and the Gayasan History & Myth Hall.

Gayasan Sori-gil is a 6-kilometer walk from Hapcheon Theme Park of the Tripitaka Koreana to Yeongsangyo Bridge, near Haeinsa Temple (one of the three major temples in Korea), which restores the old Hongnyu-dong path. This route allows you to stroll along the valley, where you can listen to the sounds of water, birdsong, and immerse yourself in the natural beauty of Korea. Along the way, you can visit some of Gayasan's stunning locations, including Nongsanjeong Pavilion, Gilsangam Hermitage, Nakhwadam Reservoir, and a red clay trail.

Gayasan Wildflower Botanical Garden opened on June 16, 2006 as the nation's first botanical garden dedicated to wildflowers. The garden is home to over 400 plant species, ranging from wildflowers to trees, and serves as a cultural space with educational research and preservation training. In addition to the general exhibition hall, there is a greenhouse on the basement level. There are 92 tree types including pine, 54 bush types including royal azalea, and 257 wildflower types including windflowers. The garden is beautiful all year round, showcasing the changing of the seasons.

Gayeongdang is a hanok stay in Ochang Hanok Village ( part of Ochang Miraeji Agricultural Theme Park) in Cheongju-si, Chungcheongbuk-do. The hanok was built by flower-tea master Kim Byeong-hee, using only Korean pinewood - and the rich pine scent still fills the rooms. The rooms are all ondol style. Guests staying in the main building have access to a living room and tea room, while guests in the annexe can enjoy barbecues in the yard. Visitors can talke part in a tea ceremony and enjoy flower tea and sweets while conversing with the master. The hanok can also be rented as a space for seminars, small concerts, and weddings.
