Seolbong Oncheon Land is housed in a four-story building, featuring public baths, a jjimjilbang (Korean sauna), and private baths for family use. On the first floor, you'll find the women's bath. The second floor is dedicated to the jjimjilbang and features various amenities, including restaurants. The men's bath is located on the third floor. The fourth floor houses private baths and a mini pool with a slide. The pool, which is outdoor, is only open during the summer season. The private baths, which can accommodate either two or four persons, are extremely popular, leading to high demand and competition for reservations, especially on weekends.

Seolhaeone is a luxury resort complex sitting behind Yangyang International Airport. Equipped with a golf course, premium accommodation facilities, hot spring saunas, and other facilities, this resort was created with the vision of offering visitors rest and healing moments in the Seorak area. The name Seolhaeone means a garden of rest embracing Seoraksan Mountain and the East Sea. The resort lives up to its name, as it faces Yangyang's Dongho Beach to the east and has the foot of Seoraksan Mountain to the west. The resort has a golf course, which was designated as one of the 10 major golf courses in Korea. Various types of guest rooms such as Mountain Stay, Seolhae Hot Spring, and Golftel are available. All guest rooms offer a view of the golf course, and some have views of Seoraksan Mountain and the East Sea. Mountain Stay is a premium duplex villa consisting of seven types of villas, including the Pool Suite with a pool; and the Spa Suite allowing guests to enjoy the hinoki cypress-scented sauna. The Seolhae Hot Spring condominium features 10 different guestroom designs, including the Family Pool Suite, with hot spring water supplied to each room. There are various additional facilities within the resort. You can use the clubhouse restaurant, which serves unique seasonal dishes; Seolhae Dulle Trail where you can take a walk while enjoying the pine aroma; and the hot spring sauna to relieve fatigue.

Seolleung and Jeongneung Royal Tombs are located near COEX in Gangnam. It comprises two tombs: Seolleung Royal Tomb, which houses the remains of King Seongjong (1457-1495, r. 1470-1495) and his wife Queen Jeonghyeon (1462-1530) of the Joseon dynasty (1392-1897), and Jeongneung Royal Tomb, which houses King Jungjong (1488-1544, r. 1506-1544), Seongjong’s son. The Seolleung and Jeongneung Royal Tombs History Center details the historical significance of the tomb, while the complex also serves as a park within the city.

The first asymmetrical cantilever bridge in the nation, the skywalk stands at 36 meters off the ground and stretches 79 meters with a x_width of 4.5 meters. Nearly 43 meters of the length are on the suspended side of the cantilever, the longest in the nation. At the end of the walkway is a swing, designed with a them of "swinging in Bali."

The Seomi Garden is a formal, natural European garden decorated with old stone walls and ponds of a terraced paddy field, overlooking the beautiful waters of Hallyeohaesang National Marine Park in the South Sea also known as the treasure islands, as well as various herbs and silver grasses growing on the hedges. Just as the walls and gates of a royal palace are both independent and connected at the same time to create spaces, nine small gardens are divided by the concept of rooms by using the x_height differences of the terraced paddy field, and each room has a unique appearance while, sometimes, they all mingle with one another to show different scenery.

The Seomjingang River, one of the four major rivers in Korea, starts from Imsil and Sunchang. It merges with several bodies of water in Gokseong, Gurye and Hadong before flowing into the South Sea. In Gokseong, the Seomjingang River is also known as the Sunjagang River. It flows about 36 kilometers through the region. A number of big and small valleys throughout the length of the river provide fantastic views and relaxation spots all year round. Also, Riverside Festival and Seomjingang Literature Forum are held every summer to offer fun summer activities along the river.

Since its development in April 1999 as a part of government efforts to boost regional tourism, Seomjingang Train Village has established itself as a popular attraction in Gokseong. A replica of the region's old steam engine train runs 10 kilometers between the old Gokseong Station in Seomjingang Train Village and Gajeong Station. The train runs along the old tracks at a moderate speed, allowing passengers to enjoy the scenic view along the tracks.

Seonamsa is a beautiful temple located at the east end of Jogyesan Mountain. The distance between the entrance and the temple site is approximately one kilometer. The temple site is nestled within a lush forest of diverse trees that are hundreds of years old. In front of the temple is an arched stone bridge named Seungseongyo Bridge, which is supported by natural bedrocks. In front of the main hall, Daeungjeon Hall, are two three-story stone pagodas that grab visitors' attention. Not only is Seonamsa Temple home to many of the country's pristine treasures and artifacts, it is also one of the few temples that preserve the traditional temple culture even as of today. Seonamsa Temple is beautiful throughout the year, but it is especially inviting in spring and fall when the flowers start to bloom and tree leaves change in color.
